Meet Dr. Rachel Worth-Cappell, ND
Dr. Rachel is a licensed naturopathic doctor in Pembroke and Barry’s Bay in the Ottawa Valley. Dr. Rachel is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner and trained with Doula Canada as a fertility, birth and postpartum doula. She offers care through herbal medicine, birthwork, acupuncture, cupping, bloodwork, support with nutritional health and supplement recommendations.
