Naturopathic Visits

• 15-Minute Meet and Greet: $0

• Initial 90 minutes*: $310, previously $215

• 60 minutes - $215, previously $155

• 45 minutes – $165, previously $130

• 30 minutes – $105, previously $85

• 15 minutes – $65, previously $55

• Phone/Web/Email Consults over 5 minutes — billed based on the above follow-up consultation fees

Acupuncture/Bodywork Visit:

• Initial 75 minutes*: $195, previously 60 minutes @ $155

• 60 minute follow-up (no new complaints) - $155, previously $115

• 45 minute follow-up - $115, previously $100

*You must book an initial visit for both acupuncture and naturopathic visits

Laboratory testing and supplements:

• These are not included in treatment costs and are billed separately.

• There will be a 10% administration fee charged on top of any labwork requisitions.

Interdisciplinary communications:

• Referral letters or GP communications: $40

Services & Fees - Doula Care

15-Minute Meet and Greet: $0

Pregnancy & Birth Package: $600-800 sliding scale

Postpartum Care: $40-60/hour sliding scale. There is an option of creating a package of visits.

Birth & Postpartum Planning: $200-400 sliding scale

Grief, Loss and Alternative Pregnancy Outcomes Care: $40-$60/hour sliding scale

Services & Fees - Journeywork

15-Minute Meet and Greet: $0

Journeywork Visits:

• 60 minutes - $111

Payment

Payment for visits or dispensary items is due at the end of your appointment. E-transfers are preferred, but credit card payments via our booking software, Jane App, are also accepted.

Direct Billing & NAturopathic medical coverage

Many extended health care plans offer coverage for Naturopathic Medicine that varies between providers and plans. For the most accurate information, it is best to check with your benefits manager for details.

I offer direct billing for most healthcare providers, which means you provide us with your plan/member ID and some other basic information and we will bill your provider for you. If there is a remaining balance on your account, you will need to provide this by the methods listed above.

Financial Transparency

I want to provide a rough breakdown of Sacred Grove’s costs over a year (2024). These are the costs I assume to maintain my licensure and keep the lights on. This does not include the many hours behind the scenes working on charts, plans and other, dull, administrative tasks.
