Every body is welcome in my office. I uphold that everyone has the basic human right to access safe, affirming, compassionate and equitable healthcare. As a healthcare provider and humyn, I am committed to active allyship with individuals and groups who are strategically and systemically marginalized.
As a white-cis-het able-bodied woman of settler ancestry, I am proximal to institutional power and may have gaps in my understanding; I can’t guarantee a “safe space” for everyone, but I am committed to listening, listening and repairing where/when I can to provide better care in the future.
I do not tolerate aggression or violence towards myself, clinic staff, patients, or community members. This includes, but is not limited to physical and verbal violence, misogyny, homophobia, racism, ableism, ageism and any other act that would otherwise isolate, intimidate, or cause undue harm to a person or group of people.
Zero Tolerance
Your scheduled time slot is reserved for you, which means that it is unavailable for another individual. If you need to reschedule, I ask for 48 hours notice so that other individuals may be able to fill this slot. If you cancel within 24-48 hours of your visit and I am unable to fill your appointment time slot, you will be charged a 50% of your appointment fee.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your visit, or miss an appointment, you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee to the credit card on file.
If you have an emergency and need to reschedule, please give me a heads up prior to your missed appointment and rescheduling fees will be taken on a case-by-case basis.

Payments
Payment for visits or dispensary items is due at the time of purchase. E-transfers are preferred, but credit card payments via our booking software, Jane App, is also optional.
Additional People In Your Visit
Sometimes you just can’t get a sitter for your kiddo, or you would would prefer to have a family member, partner, friend or translator in your visit. This is absolutely fine by me, please indicate that there will be an additional person inside the room so I can make space in the office for them and you.
